Candice Coles is a results-driven leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients develop operating procedures aligned with their mission and goals to create internal structure while fostering a culture of excellence. Candice has played a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to policies and regulations by developing procedures to improve operational efficiency while maintaining compliance.
For over twenty years, Candice has served as an Administrative Officer for the Federal Government providing operations management support to world-renowned researchers. Her efforts in this role have been instrumental in successfully executing objectives through planning, organizing and effective coordination of resources.
She has utilized her marketing and project coordination experience to oversee numerous property rehabilitations, demonstrating her proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. She has also been able to apply her innovative approach to her work in media management and event advertising.
Candice was able to leverage her operations management skills and procedural knowledge of systems administration to seamlessly transition into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she specializes in helping Real Estate professionals coordinate operational logistics while facilitating marketing and communications initiatives. This includes interpreting policy to identify areas for improvement and coordinating the listing and transaction process to ensure more accurate and timely closings.
